PT Wood Industry (M) Sdn Bhd (PTWIMSB) was established in 20th April 1990 to participate in manufacturing wooden furniture, in spite of the government providing the intensives and supports.

Main objectives for the establishment of the company are:

a) To response to the government's call on participating in the industry mainly in furniture industry, which based on woods.

b) To create job opportunities to the local people.

c) To help and develop the country's economy
